As we move closer to the 1st of July 2018 it will mark two changes to Paid Parental Leave, which are:
- A move from 18 to 22 weeks government funded paid parental leave.
- An increase from 40 to 52 hours that an employee can do paid work (‘keeping in touch’ hours) while they are on parental leave.
